Originally built in 1970 by the Mc Lane family of Poplar Bluff, the center is the location of one of the first Walmart stores. Walmart relocated to a new supercenter south of the Mansion Mall in 1987. Mansion Mall got it’s name from the old Mansion that occupied the site as a restaurant throughout the 1970s. Mansion Mall is located in the heart of Poplar Bluff on the busy Highway 67 corridor and has easy access from four sides including the Highland Dr. stoplight intersection.

   Purchased in 2005 by developers Jim and Shannon Bailey, the center has been totally reconstructed and brought up to today’s standards. Included in the Redevelopement are New Stormwater Management, Tuckpointing & Painting, Gutters, Parking Lot reshaped and Asphalted as well as all new Mechanicals, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, all New Roofing, New Parking Lot Lighting, and finally two new Signs displaying tenant Logos.
